Information architecture under one brand

United Vibration

Decision

Use a single umbrella structure with clear project sections:

  • Projects: Seva Wasi (SW), Yoga Shanti Home (YSH), United Travel Vibe (UTV), Vibration Solidaire (VS).
  • Same core page pattern for each project; cross-links keep the ecosystem visible.

Rationale

  • Clarity: One mental model across pages reduces effort for visitors.
  • Coherence: Related initiatives feel connected, without looking the same.
  • Maintainability: Fewer patterns to maintain as content evolves.

Constraints & trade-offs

  • Each project has real differences (fixed-date vs rolling; program vs donation). Uniform layout can’t erase those—copy must state them plainly.
  • VS runs on a separate donation flow.

Design principles

  • Essentials first. Each project page opens with what / where / when / price (for programs) or how to donate (for VS). This lets visitors decide fast.
  • One familiar pattern. Overview → Essentials → Gallery → Practical info → CTA. The order stays steady; copy reflects each project’s specifics.
  • Standard blocks, reused. We’ve created shared components to use across pages where possible—compact bullet lists for inclusions/benefits and a shared gallery block for sliders + the grid. This keeps the brand coherent and makes updates quick.
  • Project-first labeling. Pages are titled by the project (SW, YSH, UTV, VS) with United Vibration as the parent brand—clear ownership, one ecosystem.
  • Separate flows where needed. VS is its own donation path; program pages don’t mix payments with donations.

Options considered / future iteration

  • Add lightweight blog posts for VS impact stories (complement IG).
  • FAQ section per project or site-wide.
  • Post-purchase program email: optional soft link to VS (“See projects we support”).
